How do you know he HASN'T, jerk? I strongly suspect the guy complaining
will be too embarrassed to announce receipt of a check, after all the
slanderous things he's said.
The U.S. mails take time - especially over a holiday weekend. (Dunno
about other parts of the U.S., but here they don't pick up mail on
holidays and Sundays - even from the actual post-office!)
