Get a grip. You are behaving foolishly. If you want to be in
business, you have to be fair and decent in dealing with customers,
even when you are annoyed. Stop with the name-calling and give your
customer the service he deserves.
So far as your statement that you normally look at RMO only once or
twice a week, I have noticed that you found time to post a nasty reply
to every message of mine within an hour or two, week after week, month
after month.
