You are right, Ed. I've only asked for a check twice. But that's
because you only explained yesterday, for the first time, how I could
get a refund, after I've been requesting one almost daily for two and
a half weeks!
Your feeble attempt at subterfuge is certainly transparent to any
reasonable person reading this thread.
As for slandering you and your company, you must not realize that
slander involves "false" charges and, so far, you've been your own
worst advertisement. The most salient point of your diatribes here,
which I'm sure most everyone has noted, is that you still refuse to
state emphatically, as with your private emails to me, that you intend
to issue a refund without further delay.
And, Ed, "disorganized mess" IS complimentary when the alternative is
"lying cheat."
You lecture me that "this is not the place for this." Well, where is
that place? All of your email responses to me, that is when you do
choose to respond at all, are filled with the same, circular
statements seen here, that still lead nowhere.
