How many people here really care? If you wish to go back and forth
with me privately, then why do you post every single e-mail here on
RMO? Not that I really care, but we may as well just communicate in
front of everybody here on RMO, since the end result is the same.
I will not bother to go into the involved explanation that was sent
and understood by countless customers, since there is always the
chance that you didn't get one, but if you want to continue to publish
our private business e-mails here, I will simply send you no more. I
think your actions are immature to say the very least. As far as my
business goes, I don't believe I would have remained in business for
what is now 41 years by cheating people. Just maybe you are the
"disorganized mess" that you attribute to me. Certainly this is all a
reflection of your character rather than mine.
We have already removed your name from our e-mail list, so you should
never receive any e-mails from us again. I suggest you take your
business to House of Opera and keep it there. And a happy 4th to you,
too. And this will be my one and only response to you here, so write
what you will. I do not usually read RMO more than once every four or
five days, and I don't intend to do so now. I will certainly not
respond in public to anything you say, beyond this e-mail. We have
done the best we can do under very trying circumstances, and that is
all I will say.
