We are always at the "mercy" of the particular sound/visual quality
that is available...and sometimes things are not HI FI DIGITAL...but i
can attest to the fact that for me..in 35 years..and in 40
years..basically there are precious few returns......and I always
guarantee itmes...as does Ed..so if a customer is unhappy...they can
exchange..or refund.....I would personally tell you in my case that
one in a ZILLION people have had defective tapes..and i make them
good.....VERY VERY few problems..
Remember...Our collections are enormous..but look.....where can you
get Pasta's farewell (in color)...CH
